Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of ANNE Clinic (hereinafter "Clinic") and Users in relation to the use of online services (hereinafter "Services") provided through the website (hereinafter "Site") operated by the Clinic.
Article 2 (Definition of Terms)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:
1. "Site" refers to the virtual business place established by the Clinic using computer and other information and communication facilities to provide Services to Users.
2. "User" refers to both Members and Non-members who access the Site and receive Services provided by the Clinic in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Clinic, and who can continuously receive information from the Clinic and use the Services.
4. "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the Services provided by the Clinic without registering as a member.
5. "ID" refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the Member and approved by the Clinic for Member identification and Service use.
6. "Password" refers to a combination of letters or numbers set by the Member to confirm their identity matching the assigned ID and to protect confidentiality.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
1. These Terms and Conditions become effective when posted online through the Site and when Users agree to them upon membership registration.
2. The Clinic may amend these Terms and Conditions within the scope that does not violate relevant laws when reasonable grounds arise, and amended Terms will be announced 7 days before the effective date.
3. If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, they may request withdrawal from membership. If the Member continues to use the Services after the effective date of the amended Terms, they will be deemed to have agreed to the changes.
Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)
1. The Clinic provides the following Services:
• Medical treatment information and introduction of medical staff
• Online appointment reservation service
• Information on procedures and programs
• Information such as events and notices
• Other services determined by the Clinic
2. The Clinic may change or add to the content of Services and will notify such changes through the Site.
Article 5 (Service Hours)
1. Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special operational or technical difficulties.
2. The Clinic may temporarily suspend Services after prior notice for regular system maintenance, expansion, or replacement.
Article 6 (Membership Registration)
1. Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form set by the Clinic and expressing their intention to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Clinic will register Users who apply for membership as in Paragraph 1 as Members unless they fall under any of the following:
• If the applicant has previously lost membership under these Terms and Conditions
• If the registration contains false information, omissions, or errors
• If the applicant is under 14 years of age
• If registration is deemed to significantly impede the technical operations of the Clinic
Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal and Loss of Eligibility)
1. Members may request withdrawal from the Clinic at any time. The Clinic will retain member information for 30 days from the withdrawal request date and then permanently delete it. If the Member cancels their withdrawal request during the retention period, membership will be restored.
2. If a Member falls under any of the following circumstances, the Clinic may restrict or suspend membership:
• If false information was registered during the membership application
• If the Member uses the Clinic's Services to engage in activities prohibited by law or these Terms, or contrary to public order and morals
• If the Member interferes with others' use of the Services or misappropriates their information, threatening e-commerce order
Article 8 (Notification to Members)
1. When the Clinic notifies Members, it may be done through the email address or mobile phone number registered by the Member at the time of registration.
2. For notifications to an unspecified number of Members, the Clinic may substitute individual notification by posting on the Site bulletin board for more than one week.
Article 9 (Attribution of Copyrights)
1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights to works created by the Clinic belong to the Clinic.
2. Users shall not use or allow third parties to use information obtained through the Clinic's Services for commercial purposes by reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without prior consent from the Clinic.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
1. The Clinic is exempt from responsibility for Service provision when Services cannot be provided due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
2. The Clinic is not responsible for Service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to Users.
3. The Clinic is not responsible for expected profits lost by Users using the Services, nor for damages resulting from materials obtained through the Services.
4. The Clinic is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, or other content of information, materials, and facts posted by Users on the Services.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
1. The Clinic establishes and operates a damage compensation processing organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by Users and to process compensation for damages.
2. Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Clinic and Users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of first instance jurisdiction.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are effective from December 1, 2025.
Privacy Policy Notice
ANNE Clinic (hereinafter "Clinic") has established the following processing policy to protect users' personal information and rights in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and to smoothly handle users' grievances related to personal information.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Clinic processes personal information for the following purposes. Processed personal information will not be used for purposes other than the following, and prior consent will be obtained if the purpose of use changes.
1. Website membership registration and management
• Confirmation of membership intention, identification and authentication for membership services, maintenance and management of membership status, prevention of fraudulent use, various notices and notifications, grievance handling, etc.
2. Medical service provision
• Appointment scheduling, medical guidance, procedure consultation, appointment confirmation and modification, etc.
3. Marketing and advertising (with optional consent)
• Provision of events and advertising information, confirmation of service validity, frequency of access, statistics on members' service use, etc.
Article 2 (Personal Information Items Collected)
The Clinic collects the following personal information for membership registration, consultation, and service applications:

• Name, email address, password
2. Optional items
• Gender, date of birth, contact information (mobile phone number), address
3. Information automatically collected during service use
• IP address, cookies, service usage records, visit records, etc.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)
The Clinic processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information under the law or the period agreed upon when collecting personal information from the data subject.
1. Website member information: Retained for 30 days after withdrawal request, then deleted
• However, in the following cases, until the end of the relevant period:
• If investigation or inquiry is in progress due to violation of relevant laws: Until completion of investigation or inquiry
• If claims or debts remain from website use: Until settlement of such claims or debts
2. Information retention under relevant laws
• Records on contracts or subscription withdrawal: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• Records on display and advertising: 6 months (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• Website visit records: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Clinic, in principle, processes users' personal information within the scope of purposes specified in Article 1, and does not process beyond the original scope or provide to third parties without prior consent from users.
However, personal information may be provided to third parties in the following cases:
• When the user has consented in advance to provision to third parties
• When there is a request from investigative agencies according to procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigation purposes
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Clinic entrusts personal information processing as follows for smooth processing of personal information:
• Trustee: Hosting service provider
• Entrusted work: Server and data management
When concluding an entrustment contract, the Clinic specifies in contracts and other documents matters concerning prohibition of personal information processing beyond the purpose of entrusted work, technical and administrative protection measures, restrictions on re-entrustment, management and supervision of trustees, and liability for damages in accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, and supervises whether trustees process personal information safely.
Article 6 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Methods of Exercise)
Users may exercise the following rights as personal information subjects:
1. Request to view personal information
2. Request for correction if there are errors
3. Request for deletion
4. Request to suspend processing
Rights may be exercised through written request, telephone, or email to the Clinic, and the Clinic will take action without delay.
When a user requests correction or deletion of errors in personal information, the Clinic will not use or provide the personal information until correction or deletion is completed.
Article 7 (Destruction of Personal Information)
The Clinic, in principle, destroys personal information without delay when the purpose of personal information processing is achieved. The procedure, deadline, and method of destruction are as follows:
1. Destruction procedure
• Information entered by users is transferred to a separate DB (separate documents for paper) after achieving its purpose and destroyed immediately or after a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws.
2. Destruction deadline
• Users' personal information is destroyed within 5 days from the end of the retention period if the retention period has elapsed, and within 5 days from the date when personal information is deemed unnecessary, such as when the purpose of personal information processing is achieved, the service is discontinued, or the business is terminated.
3. Destruction method
• Information in electronic file format is destroyed using technical methods that make records irreproducible.
• Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Security of Personal Information)
The Clinic takes the following technical, administrative, and physical measures necessary to ensure security in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act:
1. Minimization and training of personal information handling staff
• We are implementing measures to manage personal information by designating and limiting employees who handle personal information to minimize staff.
2. Technical measures against hacking
• The Clinic installs security programs and performs regular updates and inspections to prevent personal information leakage and damage from hacking or computer viruses, and installs systems in areas controlled from external access, monitoring and blocking technically and physically.
3. Encryption of personal information
• Users' passwords are stored and managed encrypted so only the user can know them, and important data uses separate security functions such as encrypting files and transmitted data.
4. Storage and prevention of falsification of access records
• Records of access to personal information processing systems are retained and managed for at least one year.

Article 11 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the enforcement date, and if there are additions, deletions, or corrections of changes according to laws and policies, notice will be given through announcements 7 days before the enforcement of changes.
